Law Firms in FTC's Dual Acquisition of Zeplast and Ars Suola

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici advised the buyer FTC; DWF advised FTC on bank financing; Campa Avvocati advised the sellers of Zeplast; Paratore Vannini & Partners and Studio Marco Nuti advised the sellers of Suolificio Ars Suola; and ADVANT Nctm advised lenders Unicredit and Intesa Sanpaolo. FTC, a platform specialising in the luxury footwear sector, completed the acquisitions of Zeplast and Suolificio Ars-Suola. Zeplast is a sole producer of soles based in the province of Padua for over 50 years, working closely with internationally renowned shoe manufacturers and designers. Suolificio Ars-Suola is a Tuscan company specialising in the production of women's soles for the luxury footwear market. DWF provided FTC with assistance specifically on the banking and finance aspects of the transaction. Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici represented FTC, the buyer, with a team composed by: partner Guidomaria Brambilla and senior associate Gianludovico Maggi.
