Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici advised the buyer FTC; DWF advised FTC on bank financing; Campa Avvocati advised the sellers of Zeplast; Paratore Vannini & Partners and Studio Marco Nuti advised the sellers of Suolificio Ars Suola; and ADVANT Nctm advised lenders Unicredit and Intesa Sanpaolo. FTC, a platform specialising in the luxury footwear sector, completed the acquisitions of Zeplast and Suolificio Ars-Suola. Zeplast is a sole producer of soles based in the province of Padua for over 50 years, working closely with internationally renowned shoe manufacturers and designers. Suolificio Ars-Suola is a Tuscan company specialising in the production of women's soles for the luxury footwear market. DWF provided FTC with assistance specifically on the banking and finance aspects of the transaction.
