Clifford Chance Advises América Móvil on US$755 Million Notes Issuance and Return to European Bond Market

Clifford Chance represented América Móvil in connection with the issuance of senior notes and its return to the European bond market. The transaction comprised a US$755 million (€650 million) notes issuance due 2030 carrying a fixed annual interest rate of 3%. The notes are governed by English law, are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and trade on the Euro MTF market. The issuance marks América Móvil’s return to the European bond market after a six-year absence.
