Addleshaw Goddard Advises Sigla on Investment in ATTIKON Finanz AG

Addleshaw Goddard advised Sigla on its investment in ATTIKON Finanz AG. Established in 2019 through the combination of two regional brokers, ATTIKON has rapidly built a strong multi‑specialist position in the German SME insurance market. Sigla has invested alongside pan‑European private equity firm Astorg to support ATTIKON’s next phase of development. The investment is intended to enable an accelerated acquisition programme, to strengthen the platform’s digital capabilities and to fund expansion into complementary service lines. Sigla’s founders remain long‑standing shareholders in ATTIKON and contribute established expertise in the brokerage sector.
