Moalem Weitemeyer Advises PHG Group on Sale of Dancop and d-flexx

Moalem Weitemeyer acted as lead legal counsel to PHG Group in connection with the sale of its subsidiaries Dancop (Denmark), d-flexx DE (Germany) and d-flexx SE (Sweden). The transaction comprised the divestment by PHG Group of its business units operating under the Dancop and d-flexx brands. Dancop and d-flexx are leading providers of industrial safety and protection solutions, offering a broad range of products including safety mirrors, impact protection and modular safety barrier systems to customers across Europe and beyond.
