Hannes Snellman acted as counsel to Prisma Properties AB in the acquisition of a retail property from Tekova in a forward purchase transaction. The transaction concerns a new retail property located in Raasepori, Finland, comprising just over 5,000 square metres of discount retail space. The asset is fully leased on 10-year lease agreements to two leading discount retail operators. Completion of the forward purchase is expected in the third quarter of 2026. With this acquisition Prisma Properties continues to expand its platform in Finland, focusing on modern, energy-efficient properties that meet the high demands of the retail sector.
