Trevian and Sagax Partner to Redevelop Former Nokia Campus in Oulu, Northern Finland

Roschier advised Trevian Asset Management in negotiating an asset management agreement with AB Sagax. Trevian Asset Management and the Swedish-listed property investor AB Sagax have entered into an agreement under which Sagax will manage and redevelop Nokia’s former extensive facilities in Oulu, comprising close to 70,000 square metres and carrying significant remaining development rights. The parties will work together to reposition the campus for its next long-term use. The redevelopment is part of Trevian’s broader strategy in Northern Finland, which focuses on maintaining the long-term viability of major properties as the industrial, digital and logistics sectors continue to develop.
