Krogerus advised NestAI in connection with investments by Nokia and Tesi. The transaction concerns Nokia's and Tesi's investment in NestAI. NestAI is a laboratory that builds next-generation defence technology and operates across logistics, security and defence, with a focus on intelligent unmanned systems and command-and-control systems. The company is backed by PostScriptum, a founder’s office chaired by Peter Sarlin, whose previous track record includes Silo AI.
