Krogerus advised Codento, a portfolio company of Finnish private equity firm Saari Partners, on its acquisition of Intelligence AS. The transaction involved Codento acquiring Intelligence AS, an Oslo-based data and business analytics consultancy known in the Norwegian market for its innovative approach to data-driven decision-making. Codento seeks to be the leading Google Cloud services partner in the Nordics. The acquisition expands Codento’s geographic footprint and enhances its expertise in the high-growth domains of AI and data analytics within the Norwegian market. It also strengthens Codento’s position as a strategic engine for Google Cloud’s expansion across the Nordics.
