Kirkland & Ellis represented Bain Capital in its investment in Concert Golf Partners, which Bain acquired from Clearlake Capital Group. Concert Golf Partners is a premier owner-operator of private golf and country clubs. The new investment from Bain Capital's Private Equity and Real Estate teams is intended to support the company’s continued growth and long-term strategy. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
