Latham & Watkins Advises SK Capital and Axillon Aerospace on Sale of Fuel Containment Business to HEICO Corporation

Latham & Watkins LLP represented SK Capital and its portfolio company Axillon Aerospace in the transaction. Axillon Aerospace, a portfolio company of SK Capital, has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Fuel Containment business to HEICO Corporation (NYSE: HEI.A and HEI). The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including required regulatory approvals, and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026.
