Latham & Watkins Advises Hyatt Hotels Corporation on US$400 Million Ten Year Senior Notes Offering

"Latham & Watkins advised Hyatt Hotels Corporation on a US$400 million public offering of ten-year senior notes to refinance Hyatt’s 4.85% notes due 2026 and for general corporate purposes. The notes carry a 5.4% coupon and were rated Baa3 by Moody’s and BBB- by S&P Global and Fitch."

Latham & Watkins represented Hyatt Hotels Corporation in a public offering of senior notes. The transaction comprised a US$400 million offering of ten-year senior notes issued to refinance all of Hyatt’s 4.85% notes due 2026 and for general corporate purposes. The notes carried a coupon of 5.4% and were rated Baa3 by Moody’s and BBB- by S&P Global Ratings and Fitch. Latham & Watkins represented Hyatt Hotels Corporation with a team composed by: an interdisciplinary group including members of its Capital Markets Practice and its Hospitality, Gaming & Leisure Industry Group, led by partners Roderick Branch, Cathy Birkeland and Michael Pucker; counsel Manasi Bhattacharyya; and associate Chelsea Carlson, with assistance from Emiliano Flores and Giancarlo Carrazza.
