DigitalBridge Closes DBP III at $11.7 Billion Including Co-Investments

Simpson Thacher represented DigitalBridge Group, Inc. in connection with the closing of DigitalBridge Partners III, LP (DBP III). The transaction involved the finalization of DBP III, DigitalBridge’s third flagship value‑added digital infrastructure fund. The fund secured in excess of $7.2 billion in fund commitments and has obtained an additional $4.5 billion in limited partner co‑investment commitments across the DBP III portfolio to date, bringing total capital formation for the strategy to $11.7 billion.
