Osborne Clarke advises Sportway Media Group on acquisition of Eyecons

Osborne Clarke advised Sportway Media Group, the Stockholm-headquartered digital content and data management company, on its acquisition of Eyecons, a Dutch OTT platform. Sportway has acquired Eyecons, which hosts a wide range of sports content from both top leagues and lower-tier competitions. The combined operations aim to make more sports structurally visible by delivering consistent, high-quality coverage for fans, clubs and rights holders. Edvard A.
