A&O Shearman (Allen Overy Shearman Sterling) advised Pekao Faktoring, BNP Paribas Faktoring and mFaktoring, while Norton Rose Fulbright advised the borrower in the transaction. The transaction comprised the provision of PLN 300 million in financing to an unidentified company in Poland through a syndicated factoring facility arranged by the three factoring providers.
