The transaction concerns the acquisition by Investika Real Estate Fund, together with its joint venture partner BUD Holdings, of the second phase of the Centrum Poludnie office building in Wroclaw from Skanska Commercial Development Europe. The asset comprises approximately 21,500 square metres and is located in Wroclaw’s Powstancow Slaskich business district. The building is reported to be virtually fully leased, with BNY Mellon occupying the majority of the space.
