The transaction covers the sale by Fortenova Grupa of Zvijezda Plus Zagreb and Zvijezda Ljubljana, established producers and distributors in the food sector that form part of Fortenova Grupa’s wider portfolio of consumer goods businesses in the region. Under the signed agreement, Zito Grupa will acquire full ownership of both companies, a move that will further strengthen its position in the regional food industry.
