CGR Avocats advises Green Energy 3000 France on €9 million bond financing

CLP-Cliperton advised the lenders, EVEROZE provided technical due diligence and ENVINERGY acted as exclusive financial adviser. The financing supports development of an agrivoltaic and wind project portfolio (~350 MW)."

CGR Avocats advised Green Energy 3000 France on a €9 million bond financing, CLP-Cliperton acted as legal counsel to the lenders, EVEROZE provided technical due diligence, and ENVINERGY served as exclusive financial adviser to Green Energy 3000. The transaction concerns a €9 million bond facility granted to Green Energy 3000 France by the funds OCCTE and Smalt Capital through the FCPR ENERGREEN. The financing is intended to support the development of a portfolio of agrivoltaic and wind projects at various stages of maturity across France, representing an aggregate capacity of approximately 350 MW. The five-year facility is designed to cover development costs and early construction expenditures and gives Green Energy 3000 flexibility to sell Ready-To-Build projects or retain them for long-term operation as it transitions toward an independent power producer model. The financing partners include OCCTE, a portfolio management company focused on building a sustainable and high-performing economy whose investment vehicle OCCTE OCCIGEN seeks to reconcile economy and ecology, and Smalt Capital, a private equity firm whose ENERGREEN fund aims to make investment in renewable energy infrastructure accessible to retail investors.
