The M&A department of Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advised ClimaNext, a group of HVAC companies owned by DELLEN (formerly Groupe Baelen), in connection with its acquisition of GT Ventilation and GT Production (Groupe GT). The acquired companies provide complementary expertise in industrial ventilation and air treatment and operate in the Hauts-de-France region. Sekri Valentin Zerrouk represented ClimaNext with a team composed by: Antoine Haï (partner) and Manuela Godoy Barrios. Vauban Avocats represented Groupe GT with a team composed by: Grégory Lefebvre and Océane Truttet.
