CGM Advogados Advises Engibras on BRL 10 Million Commercial Paper Issuance

CGM Advogados advised on the structuring and execution of Engibras Engenharia’s first issuance of book-entry commercial notes, totaling BRL 10 million. Banco Luso Brasileiro acted as guarantor and holder of the commercial notes, while ID Corretora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários served as bookkeeper and registration agent for the transaction. The proceeds from this issuance will be used entirely to replenish Engibras’ working capital.
