Hogan Lovells Advises Cottés Partners on Henko Partners Majority Stake Investment and Creation of Attlon

Hogan Lovells advised the partners of Cottés Fire & Smoke Solutions in connection with Henko Partners acquiring a majority stake in the company. The transaction sees Henko Partners, a Spanish private equity fund, take a majority position in Cottés Fire & Smoke Solutions, while the founding partners of Cottés undertake a significant reinvestment in the business. The deal is part of the creation of Attlon, a new platform that will integrate Cottés and Electro Alavesa to form a leading provider of fire protection and electronic security solutions and services in the Iberian Peninsula, with combined annual turnover close to €40 million and a workforce of around 120 professionals.
