Deloitte Legal advised Grupo Setesa on the sale of its after‑sales services business to Grupo Bosch (Bosch Home Comfort Group). The transaction transfers Setesa’s after‑sales services operations into the umbrella of the manufacturer responsible for its product portfolio. It forms part of Bosch’s strategy to expand and strengthen its services division in the Spanish market and to reinforce and grow that division internationally. The deal was conducted as part of Deloitte’s E2E M&A approach, providing end‑to‑end transactional support and bringing together professionals from both the Transactions practice and Deloitte Legal to manage the transaction process. Deloitte Legal represented Grupo Setesa with a team composed by: Guillermo Donadeu García‑Nieto (director), Marc Castro García (associate) and Esther Durán Morales (junior). The firm’s tax department also participated in the transaction with Cayetano Olmos (partner), Guillem Nadal Benavent (partner), Xavier Betran (partner) and Robert Domingo (associate).
