Kirkland & Ellis advised the King Salman Park Foundation, in partnership with Ajdan Real Estate Development Company and SEDCO Capital, in connection with the development of a mixed-use district within King Salman Park in Riyadh. Falling within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 program, the project encompasses a mixed-use area clustered around a residential neighbourhood. The development comprises more than 600 residential units, 200 hotel rooms, approximately 45,000 square metres of office space and a range of retail and service facilities, all delivered over a site totalling 106,000 square metres within King Salman Park. Kirkland & Ellis represented the King Salman Park Foundation, in partnership with Ajdan Real Estate Development Company and SEDCO Capital, with a team composed by: James Clark and Aurelia Russo, construction lawyers.
