Law firm LEXIA represented Giacomo Paracchi in connection with his appointment to the Board of Directors of Genenta Science S.p.A. LEXIA has announced the nomination of Giacomo Paracchi, a Partner at the firm, to the Board of Directors of Genenta Science S.p.A., an Italian biotechnology company listed on the Nasdaq in New York. Genenta Science is engaged in the development of an innovative platform for the treatment of solid tumours; its pipeline includes several candidates and combination therapies at various stages of development. The company’s most advanced drug candidate, Temferon, is currently in clinical trials (Phase 1/2a). Giacomo Paracchi brings consolidated experience in corporate law and capital markets. He has advised numerous multinational companies across the telecommunications, logistics, infrastructure, oil & gas, wholesale & retail and pharmaceutical sectors. Paracchi also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Fondazione Praexidia, an organisation dedicated to promoting awareness and developing industrial sectors strategic for national security and technological innovation.
