Simmons & Simmons represented Wise Equity SGR and its portfolio company Almac; Dentons represented the lending banks Banco BPM (as agent) and BPER Banca; and Baldi Finance together with Baldi & Partners represented Easy Lift and the sellers. The transaction comprised a financing operation designed, among other objectives, to support the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Easy Lift. The deal forms part of the group’s broader growth and consolidation strategy. The financing was provided by a pool of lenders composed of Banco BPM, acting as bank agent, and BPER Banca through its Corporate & Investment Banking division.
