Deloitte Legal and creo+ in Atombit's acquisition of Omega3c

Deloitte Legal and Gateley Legal assisted Atombit Limited, while creo+ and Pini Franco llp advised the selling shareholders and managers of Omega3c. Atombit Limited, a pan‑European leader in Experience Intelligence supported by Palatine Private Equity, has acquired the entire share capital of Omega3c, an independent Milan‑based company that provides customer and employee experience transformation solutions. The acquisition forms part of Atombit’s international buy‑and‑build plan to broaden the scope and geographic reach of its services by creating an integrated pan‑European platform that aggregates proven solutions and established talent in complementary areas to deliver ROI‑driven Experience Intelligence. Deloitte Legal represented Atombit Limited with a team composed by: Andrea Sciortino (partner), Federico Michelini (of counsel), Domiziana Stradiotti, Marco Marzani (employment law), Federica Bernasconi (employment law). The firm led the legal due diligence and handled all Italian law aspects of the transaction. Gateley Legal represented Atombit Limited with a team composed by: Beth Mather (partner) and Rosie Butler (associate). The firm assisted on English law matters and contractual profiles related to the operation. creo+ represented the selling shareholders and managers of Omega3c with a team composed by: Marco Petrucci (partner). The firm advised on the initial NDA and LOI, the drafting and negotiation of the share purchase agreement and on the contracts governing the sellers’ subsequent collaboration with Atombit.
