GOP and BonelliErede advise on Guidoio €3.5 million seed round

GOP and BonelliErede participated in the transaction: GOP advised startup Guidoio, BonelliErede advised lead investor 360 Capital Partners, and notarial services were provided by ZNR Notai. Guidoio closed a €3.5 million seed round led by 360 Capital Partners with the participation of Azimut Libera Impresa SGR. The funds raised will be deployed across three strategic areas: accelerating growth, strengthening the product and enlarging the team. Founded in 2023 by Lorenzo Mannari and supported by Giuseppe Cavallaro, Guidoio aims to digitalize access to the driving licence process for category B, making the experience simpler, clearer and more accessible. The company is currently active in Milan, Varese, Monza, Turin and Bologna and plans to expand its driving school model to more than 30 cities by the end of 2026.
