Legal advisers to Polyram Group in acquisition of majority stake in Lapo Compound

Polyram Group, through its subsidiary Polyram UK Ltd., has acquired a majority interest in the share capital of Lapo Compound, an Italian company specialised in the production of high-performance plastic compounds serving the automotive and industrial sectors with technical and customised solutions. The transaction enables Lapo Compound to access Polyram’s global network, production capacity and technical expertise, supporting the company’s growth and internationalisation. For Polyram, the acquisition further consolidates the group’s presence in the European market for high-performance compounds. Polyram Group is an international group headquartered in Israel, with a global footprint and a focus on technopolymers and advanced plastics solutions. Naschitz, Brandes, Amir & Co. represented Polyram Group (Polyram UK Ltd.) with a team composed by: name partner Sharon Amir, Meital Zimberg Lederman and Avi Ezra. Rucellai & Raffaelli represented the purchasers (Polyram Group / Polyram UK Ltd.) for the Italian law aspects with a team composed by: partner Enrico Sisti and senior associates Paolo Belli and Flippo Agosti.
