Maverick Advocaten represented Ink.Fish Keel B.V. in its acquisition of Waalbron. The transaction saw Ink.Fish, a global organisation of companies that conduct oceanographic research and other scientific activities for philanthropic purposes, acquire Waalbron, which is active in installation technology through its subsidiaries Alewijnse and Tijssen. The acquisition was notified to the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) on 20 August 2025 and received ACM approval on 15 September 2025. The transaction also attracted media coverage.
