Techone accelerates growth through strategic partnership with KKR

Houthoff advised Nedvest and Techone on the sale of a majority stake in Techone B.V. to KKR. Nedvest is selling a majority stake in Techone B.V., a leading Dutch Managed Service Provider, to KKR. Through this strategic partnership, Techone intends to accelerate its growth, further expand its services in cloud, cybersecurity and modern workplaces, and reinforce its international ambitions. Techone serves more than 35,000 SME customers across the Netherlands and has built a strong platform in recent years. With the support of Nedvest, Techone has completed dozens of acquisitions, broadening its offering and presence to meet customers' IT needs. The proposed transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed early next year.
