Bird & Bird advises Entegra on acquisition of Cadhi and Clorofil from Majorian

Bird & Bird advised Entegra Procurement Services® (a subsidiary of Sodexo) and Alkyne Avocats advised seller Majorian in connection with the transaction. The transaction consists of Entegra’s acquisition from Majorian of Cadhi, a leading purchasing centre for commercial catering and independent hospitality operating in France and Italy, together with Clorofil, Cadhi’s carbon-footprint measurement tool. Cadhi supports more than 3,700 establishments, including over 170 starred restaurants and more than 150 five-star and palace hotels. Through this acquisition Entegra consolidates and strengthens its presence in France and Italy, positions itself as a leading French player in performance and purchasing optimisation for hospitality professionals, expands its service offering with an innovative carbon-footprint measurement solution and reaffirms its commitment to helping members improve environmental efficiency.
