Touchstone Partners advised GEF Capital Partners on its $50 million investment in Membrane Group India Private Limited. The investment, made by GEF Capital Partners, will provide $50 million in funding to Membrane Group India Private Limited. The capital is intended to strengthen the company's capability to deliver ultrapure water. Membrane Group India provides advanced water and wastewater treatment solutions. Touchstone Partners represented GEF Capital Partners with a team composed by: Uday Walia (Partner), and associates Antara Deshpande, Kabir Walia and Mahak Goyal.
