The transaction concerns the asset purchase by Addnode Group of the business and assets of SolidCAD, a leading provider of digital solutions for Canada’s design, construction and manufacturing industries. The acquisition marks Addnode’s entry into the Canadian market, strengthens its North American presence and represents a key step in further consolidating the software and professional services that Addnode provides through its Design Management division. Addnode Group’s Series B share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in the Large Cap segment. Roschier represented the lenders with a team composed by: Niklas Eriksson, Hampus Rask and Elias Schildt.
