Vinge advised Fortinova Fastigheter AB (publ) in connection with its transfer from Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market to Nasdaq Stockholm. The company’s list change was carried out following the publication of a prospectus on 12 November 2025. Trading on Nasdaq Stockholm commenced on 19 November 2025, five years to the day since Fortinova’s initial listing. Fortinova is an expansive real estate company based in Varberg. Since its inception in 2010 the group’s business concept has been to acquire, develop and manage primarily residential properties with documented positive cash flows. Fortinova aims to deliver positive returns over time regardless of market developments and focuses geographically on growth municipalities in western Sweden that are regarded as attractive places to live and work. The company’s property portfolio has a total property value of approximately SEK 5.1 billion.
