FPS advises Amadeus Fire Group on majority acquisition of eduBITES GmbH

FPS advised the Amadeus Fire Group on the acquisition of 70% of the shares in eduBITES GmbH; the sellers were advised by v14 Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. The transaction comprised the acquisition by the Amadeus Fire Group of a 70% interest in eduBITES GmbH. Amadeus Fire Group, which for around 40 years has been one of the leading providers of personnel services and vocational training with a focus on placing specialised professional and managerial staff and on training in commercial and IT fields, will integrate the Berlin-based EdTech into its portfolio. Founded in 2021, eduBITES offers an AI-driven learning platform in which intelligent AI agents conduct so-called Knowledge Sprints to interview knowledge holders, contextualise expertise and convert it into multimedia learning formats. These outputs are automatically integrated into a learning-experience system that enables personalised learning paths and continuous knowledge utilisation. With this acquisition, Amadeus Fire Group incorporates an innovative AI-based SaaS platform and agent systems that redefine the boundaries between learning, knowledge transfer and automation. Robert von Wülfing, CEO of Amadeus Fire Group, described the acquisition as strengthening the groups position in the fast-growing digital B2B learning market and as a central element of the groups technology-driven buy-and-build growth strategy. The parties successfully completed the transaction in November 2025.
