EWGroup acquires WS Skrot & Industriåtervinning

MAQS Advokatbyrå advised WS Skrot & Industriåtervinning AB in the sale of all shares in the company to EWGroup. The transaction transfers ownership of WS Skrot & Industriåtervinning to EWGroup, a growing corporation active in recycling and sustainable material flows. The acquisition provides EWGroup with expanded capacity in material handling, metal recycling and industrial waste flows. WS Skrot & Industriåtervinning is an established recycling and scrap company based in Vårgårda, with operations focused on scrap metal, industrial recycling, waste management and transportation. The company will continue to operate as an independent entity under its established brand, now supported by EWGroup's resources, expertise and network.
