Arthur Cox advised Activate Capital and KKR on their residential development lending platform with the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF). The transaction comprises a €770 million commitment to a development lending platform focused on residential projects. The commitment represents a continuation and extension of ISIF’s and KKR’s long-term support for Activate Capital. Arthur Cox represented Activate Capital and KKR with a team composed by: Aiden Small (Partner, Capital Markets) and Blánaid Corrigan (Associate, Capital Markets) leading the team, and Brendan Kennedy (Partner, Capital Markets), Emma Cusack (Associate, Capital Markets) and David Kilty (Partner, Tax).
