Uranium Energy Launches $600 Million At-the-Market Offering Program

Davis Polk advised the sales agents in connection with a Securities and Exchange Commission-registered at-the-market offering for Uranium Energy Corp. Under the offering program, Uranium Energy Corp. may issue and sell shares of its common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $600 million. UEC’s common stock is listed on NYSE American under the symbol UEC. Uranium Energy Corp. is a fast-growing uranium mining company working towards fueling the global demand for carbon-free nuclear energy, which the company describes as a key solution to climate change and an energy source for a low-carbon future.
