Banco Santander Renews $25 Billion U.S. Commercial Paper Program

Davis Polk advised Banco Santander S.A. in connection with the renewal of its $25 billion U.S. commercial paper program. The renewal covers a $25 billion U.S. commercial paper program under which commercial paper notes will be offered and sold in reliance on the exemption from registration provided by section 4(a)(2) of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
