Pampa Energía $450 Million Offering of 7.750% Notes Due 2037

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an offering by Pampa Energía S.A. The transaction comprised an offering by Pampa Energía S.A. of $450 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.750% notes due 2037. Pampa Energía S.A. is the largest independent integrated energy company in Argentina and, together with its subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliates, is engaged in the generation and transmission of electricity, exploration, production, commercialization and transportation of oil and gas, and production of petrochemical products. Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters with a team composed by: Maurice Blanco (partner) and Drew Glover (counsel). The tax team included Yixuan Long (counsel) and Alex (Ang) Gao (associate). Members of the Davis Polk team were based in the New York and Northern California offices.
