Trench Rossi Watanabe Advises Planner on Acquisition of Ciabrasf

The purchase, executed by Planner’s holding B100, expands Planner’s fiduciary operations. Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Planner Corretora de Valores on its acquisition of Ciabrasf (Companhia Brasileira de Serviços Financeiros). The transaction was carried out through B100, Planner’s holding company, which signed a definitive agreement to acquire 96.93% of Ciabrasf’s share capital from Reag Capital Holding and Reag Alpha Fundo de Investimento. The deal significantly expands Planner’s operations in the fiduciary segment. Ciabrasf, through CBSF DTVM (formerly Reag DTVM), manages more than 700 investment funds with approximately R$ 240 billion in assets under management and also offers custody, bookkeeping and securitization services.
