Evergreen advises Argis on €324m acquisition of 1,016-home portfolio from Acciona

Evergreen Legal advised capital management company Argis on the acquisition of a portfolio of 1,016 homes from Acciona. The portfolio comprises 1,016 homes distributed across 11 developments located in Madrid, Barcelona and Terrassa and is currently in various stages of construction. In terms of volume, the transaction ranks among the most significant on the Spanish residential market in recent years. Valued at €324 million, the transaction reinforces Argis’ growth and geographical diversification strategy and consolidates its position in the Build to Sell (BTS) segment, increasing its pipeline to more than 3,000 units.
