Fieldfisher Advises Overseas on Lisbon Real Estate Partnership with Grupo André Guimarães

Fieldfisher Portugal advised Overseas in formalising a strategic partnership with Brazilian developer Grupo André Guimarães to develop a new real estate project in Lisbon. The transaction establishes a joint development arrangement between Overseas, a Portuguese company active in the residential and tourism segment, and Grupo André Guimarães, a Brazilian real estate developer. The project in Lisbon is expected to include more than 200 units and to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) in excess of €150 million. The scheme will be designed by architect Miguel Saraiva.
