Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici and BonelliErede advise on Lodestar sale to Renaissance Partners

Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici advised Renaissance Partners, while BonelliErede represented Bravo Capital Partners II in the transaction. Renaissance Partners announced the acquisition of the entire share capital of Lodestar, an Italian platform specialising in digital transformation based on Microsoft solutions. The sellers were Bravo Capital Partners II and the other manager-shareholders of the group, the majority of whom will make significant reinvestments in the deal, confirming their commitment to the company’s next phase of development. Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici represented Renaissance Partners with a team composed by: Gianni Martoglia (equity partner), Silvia Palazzetti (partner), Elena Guizzetti (managing associate), Andrea Garbarino (associate) and Costanza Ettorre (junior associate). The debt aspects were followed by Marc-Alexandre Courtejoie (equity partner) and Carolina Caslini (senior associate). BonelliErede represented Bravo Capital Partners II with a team composed by: Eliana Catalano (partner, co-leader of the Focus Team Private Equity), Elena Tellini (senior associate), Alberto Corsello (associate), Simona Monteleone (associate) and Antonio Sciacca. The fiscal aspects of the transaction were handled by Stefano Brunello Dormal (partner), Marco Bossini (senior associate) and Matteo Polisicchio (senior associate). For two due diligences, BonelliErede relied on the Transaction Services team of beLab, led by Michel Miccoli (managing director) and coordinated by Martina Mancuso (senior legal advisor) and Caterina Gioia (legal specialist).
