PX3 Partners completes acquisition of 45% of BV Tech; law firms involved

PX3 Partners, a private equity fund based in London, has completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in BV Tech S.p.A., a leading provider of cybersecurity and information and communication technology services. The transaction transfers a significant minority interest to PX3 Partners and completes the agreed share purchase between the parties.
