TÜV Austria, an international group providing tailored services in testing, inspections, cybersecurity, data protection and certification, has completed the acquisition of a majority shareholding in Ollum. Ollum is a fast-growing company specialising in strategic advisory services for businesses in the environmental, social and economic sustainability (ESG) sector. The transaction supports Ollum's growth objectives in the Italian ESG market.
