Law firm FSP advised Mundi Ventures and Opera Tech Ventures on their investments in Wrisk Limited. The transaction comprised a £12 million Series B funding round in which Mundi Ventures and Opera Tech Ventures (the venture arm of BNP Paribas) co-led the investment. Both investors will join Wrisk’s board of directors and invested alongside Wrisk’s existing investors QBN and Volution. Wrisk, founded in 2016, is an embedded insurance platform purpose-built for the automotive sector. It provides white-label embedded insurance solutions that enable automotive brands and their customers to respond quickly to changes in the insurance market. Wrisk supports brands including BMW, MINI, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar Land Rover and Stellantis, and recorded triple-digit revenue growth in 2024.
