Lydian Advises Snowcentres on Belgian Aspects of Merger with SnowWorld

Lydian represented the shareholders of Snowcentres in relation to the Belgian legal aspects of Snowcentres’ merger with SnowWorld. The transaction brings together SnowWorld, the leading operator of indoor ski resorts in Europe backed by investment firm Alychlo, and Snowcentres, the United Kingdom’s leading indoor snowsports operator. The combined group will pursue the development of an integrated, year‑round indoor skiing, snowboarding and winter sports platform across Europe. The new group will operate 12 sites across five countries (Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium and France), employ over 1,000 full‑time team members and host what is described as the largest ski school in the world.
