Setterwalls acted as legal advisor to BRK Invest on the sale of a portfolio of 24 properties to Evolv. In total, the properties comprise a leasable area of 81,000 sqm on 476,000 sqm of land. The portfolio consists of high-quality truck and car repair facilities located in regional cities with strong access to infrastructure and established tenants.
