HEUKING advised get.de Partners GmbH as lead investor in the seed financing of Düsseldorf-based software start-up maesn GmbH. The transaction comprised the conversion of existing convertible loans into equity and a fresh capital injection: get.de invested a seven-figure sum as a cash investor and assumed the role of lead investor. NRW.BANK also participated in the funding round. maesn develops and markets software for integrating and automating data and processes and provides consulting services in software-enabled process automation. The investment aligns with get.de's strategic focus on software business models with clear problem statements, high repeat potential and scalability. The maesn platform aims to address the growing complexity of enterprise software integration by offering a unified API solution to simplify these processes.
