Shoosmiths Advises Five Arrows and DBAG on Acquisition of Totalmobile

Shoosmiths and Hengeler Mueller participated in the transaction, with Shoosmiths advising Five Arrows and Deutsche Beteiligungs AG (DBAG) and Hengeler Mueller providing support in Germany. The transaction concerns the acquisition of Totalmobile from Bowmark Capital, subject to regulatory approval. Totalmobile is a provider of field service management software, serving approximately 900 organisations and enabling over 500,000 mobile workers to deliver frontline services. Totalmobile’s technology is used across public services, healthcare, property and facilities management, telecommunications and infrastructure sectors to increase field-based workforce capacity, reduce costs, improve customer service, enhance compliance assurance and boost staff engagement.
